These are those that have allowed a spirit to oppress them, are in unbelief or were sent by the enemy (satan) to steal, kill and destroy.
You may find them with make up on, nice clothes, perfume and sitting on the front row of the church.  Merely go and start work for the Lord to activate them.

Many times they'll hid in the background.  They will attack you in private and deny the attack in public.  I've had them scratch my arms in an attack and deny it to the police.  They hate and stand to destroy the true follower of Christ.
